What we collect
When you send a request, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, the service you need, your address, when you need help, and any details you add. If you tap "Use my current location", we also collect your location at that moment. We don't collect your location any other way.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your request and arrange a visit.
Where it's stored
In a secure database run by our hosting providers. A copy of each request is emailed to our team so we can respond quickly.
Who sees it
Only the Services Hub team. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to those messages.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for 12 months, then delete them.
Your choices
To see or delete your details, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@example.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
